Priorities

I am running for the MVWSD Board of Trustees to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality education that meets their individual needs, giving every student the opportunity to succeed. As a Trustee, I will prioritize board oversight and transparency, centering student needs in all spending decisions and engaging with students, parents, and other stakeholders. I will also advocate to provide resources and support for district initiatives to improve student wellbeing on every school campus.

Improve Student Wellbeing on every campus

Prioritize school climate initiatives that focus on prevention and intervention not punishment.
Develop a consistent approach for teachers, staff, and families to support student wellbeing across our campuses
Equip school site health and wellbeing staff with needed resources and supports
